GAINSWave® for Performance Improvement, ED and Peyronie’s Disease
Erectile dysfunction (ED) affects millions worldwide, simply stated it is the inability for a man to sustain an erection that is firm enough, or to maintain the erection long enough to achieve penetration and reach climax. This inability becomes a true medical condition once difficulty persists for more than a few weeks. The underlying conditions that drive ED or performance issues are wide, some such as low testosterone or damage caused by cholesterol are the most common causes for ED. Peyronie’s disease and injuries to the spine and nervous system are more challenging, and sometimes need mixed modality treatments to correct. Fortunately, for all of these conditions, Elite Body Med Spa can offer answers to your problem, no matter what the cause(s). We are the only clinic on the front range owned by a renowned spinal surgeon. With Dr. Donner’s guidance and expertise, we can evaluate and treat even those patients with the most complex ED conditions such as nerve bundle issues, low testosterone, and high cholesterol by developing a custom treatment plan to address your specific need.
GAINSWave®, a non-invasive, non-painful acoustic sound wave therapy, can easily and painlessly treat the most common cause of erectile dysfunction, loss of blood flow. Poor blood flow to the penis can be increased by shattering cholesterol deposits on the wall of the tiny blood vessels of the penis. In some cases, we recommend combining this treatment with testosterone supplementation or PRP and stem cell therapy. This combination can also be used to address more severe cases of ED and Peyronie’s disease. These natural therapies use your own body’s growth factors to stimulate repair. The net effect is more blood flow, less plaque and scar tissue which results in healthier tissue and better blood flow to the penis, producing a harder longer lasting erection. This treatment is non-invasive and safe for patients with health conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Treatment for Peyronie’s Disease
Peyronie’s disease is a curvature of the penis caused by fibrous scar tissue that usually develops from trauma to the penis. This trauma is typically caused by sports injury (biking, horseback riding, etc.), or during intercourse if the penis is fully erect and then bent inadvertently during sex. The injury can cause scar tissue to build over time. In many cases, men might not notice any changes for several weeks. This scar tissue prevents the penis from fully extending and may even cause pain when the man is aroused. This is particularly true when the angle of the curvature is severe. In extreme cases intercourse can become impossible. Conventional treatments include drugs and surgery, both somewhat successful but they carry many side effects.
GAINSWave® can be combined with PRP or Stem Cell injections directly into the penis. This improves the scar tissue and rallies the body’s own natural healing cells. The procedure can be performed in our clinic and is quick and minimally invasive. The patient is given a topical numbing cream which makes the treatment comfortable.

GAINSWave® is the premium brand of shockwave therapy used to treat erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease and optimize sexual performance. Brought to you by Vitality Connect, this treatment is performed by a network of highly-trained medical providers across the country.
GAINSWave® is an effective option because it addresses the root cause of many penile issues – poor blood flow. Treatment is all-natural, non-invasive and yields long-term patient results.
Over time, men’s blood flow decreases, sensitivity isn’t as strong, and blood vessels become thin. Through the use of GAINSWave® , high-frequency low-intensity shockwaves rejuvenate the aged area. Micro-plaque is removed, blood flow increases, and new blood vessels develop.
In just six to twelve 20-minute sessions, GAINSWave® can get you on the road to enhanced sexual performance. Providers nationwide use a specific patented methodology designed to optimize patient safety and results and must comply with medical guidelines to ensure efficacy. As a result, they see a 75% success rate amongst patients with reported harder, stronger, and more sustainable erections.
Treatment for Sexual Enhancement
It’s no secret men of all ages are interested in ways to improve their sexual performance. In today’s world surrounded by health-conscious social influencers and biohackers, the bar is set high for body optimization and peak performance, and it’s no exception when it comes to the bedroom.
Younger men as early as their 20s and 30s are looking for ways to “supercharge” penis function and maximize their sexual encounters. If you’re looking for additional ways to improve your sexual performance, it could be time to consider something new. GAINSWave® is a proven, non-invasive treatment that produces better erections, increased sex drive, and peak sexual performance. Patients benefit from increased blood flow to the penis by opening existing blood vessels and stimulating the growth of new blood vessels and nerve tissue.
